Working in the Burgo Group
One of the Group's areas of focus is the constant recruitment of young specialised technicians or graduates, aimed at stimulating and cultivating their potential so that they can play important roles within our organisations.
Training, education and safety
Competing in the market requires constantly updating human capital through a training model that is constantly in step with emerging trends.
Within the Group, training is primarily focused on:
- areas of training and support for new roles (and in particular new appointments, changes in the tasks and activities carried out, and on-the-job training);
- keeping up to date with paper technology and plant maintenance, in order to periodically update the skills of technical staff;
- health, safety and prevention (mandatory and voluntary).
One of the Group's priorities is to protect the health and safety of its workers, through a constant training process appropriate for the task performed, not only from a theoretical perspective; this takes place both in classroom training courses and at a practical level, within the business itself, as part of activities normally covered by on-the-job training.
Burgo Group is committed to preventing workplace accidents and occupational diseases, thus guaranteeing a healthy and safe working environment for all its employees.
